Competitive pay, unique and interesting projects.
Cons
No overtime pay, it's just expected of you. Frequently traveling and working 10-12 hour days without overtime compensation. Management is bipolar, one day happy one day out of their mind. High stress and high employee turnover. There is no ladder to climb, no training, and you will stay where you start. Aging owner that doesn't care much about anything except taking his share. All employees are considered overhead.
