      A relatively small company in this sector, Accuray makes an impact beyond its size. Very people orientated management, where everyone gets a voice. I'm really proud to be part of this.

      Cons

      Being small, sometimes every "bump in the road" is felt. It's frustrating sometimes, but it does keep work interesting.

      Used to be an amazing place to work when sales leadership knew the business If the territory had opportunities, there was decent money to be made

      Leadership is a joke from the CEO to the GM Constant revolving door of leadership leads to nothing moving forward Dominated by Varian with no chance of catching up
