      Pros

      Accurex is a fast growing business unit within a mature manufacturing business so it has the best of both worlds: stability AND heavy investment into new technologies, people, processes, and growth. It is largely a ground floor opportunity that is pulling in talented people and giving them a chance to rewrite the rules and make an impact. There is significant career opportunity for individuals yet in a fun, cohesive team atmosphere. I'm stoked to work here.

      Cons

      Accurex is the underdog in their market... a distant #2. This is challenging work that requires scratching , clawing, and competing hard to achieve success. Not a con for me--the opposite, in fact--but for some that could be a big negative.

      Pros

      I am really working with a fantastic group of people. Everyone is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The leadership team is incredibly supportive and there is no doubt that they will lead this company to great things. Being part of the Greenheck Group the career opportunities and resources are unlimited. I'm at an organization that I am very proud to say I am a part of.

      Cons

      I'm only a few months into my position with the company but honestly haven't run into any negatives I can share. What I was told during the interview process has been my experience.
