Great company ruined by CEO - Manager Accurx Employee Review

Thanks for taking the time to write feedback. We wouldn’t be where we are today as a business if it wasn’t for our amazing users so we agree with you here! We’re sorry to read that you no longer feel that Accurx is a great place to work. We acknowledge that the business has gone through some big changes recently but we believe these changes are necessary to drive us forward to achieve our mission. Your accusations of bullying and intentional disruption from our CEO are serious and something we completely disagree with. We stand by our CEO as the right person to lead us forward, he’s incredibly mission driven and cares hugely about solving poor communication within healthcare. Leading a VC backed startup is hard and there will undoubtedly have been times where Senior Leadership could have communicated things better or been quicker in their approach but we truly believe none of this was intentional. In regards to the recent exec hire you mention, we believe we made the right decision to hire this person. The decision was not made lightly after some of the concerns flagged by employees. Leadership have openly spoken to the company about the thorough additional work they completed to look into the raised matters. This investigation happened with neutral external parties and it was agreed by all parties that we should continue to hire our COO. Accurx Team
