If you are looking for a well organized and clean shop environment this place is for you! Not only is the work Ace does interesting but it provides employees a challenging & rewarding career. With a tenured staff at both locations, a supportive and understanding management staff, and a great benefit package - this place can't be beat! I am looking forward to many more years at Ace Precision!

The only potential downside might be the lack of flexibility with schedules/attendance. However this is entirely understandable given the manufacturing environment and the need to plan production accordingly.

Good place to start right out of college. There are many processes in house you can learn about. All lead process engineers were very knowledgeable.

Strict hours and limited work from home options. Time at the company highly depends on your manager. I had a very good one but heard negative experiences from other managers.
