Owners only interested in themselves and treat employees poorly - Anonymous employee Ace Wire Spring & Form Employee Review

The people that work here are approachable and well disposed. From the first day I walked through the doors until my last I was always greeted with smiling faces. Any time I had a problem or question I did not feel intimidated to speak up and ask for help. I learned life lessons from working here by talking to fellow employees.

Despite being welcomed with open arms, I was one of the youngest employees working there at the time. It would be nice to see such a successful company extend itself to a newer generation of workers.

A family-owned business that has been in the industry for 80 years! The people here are very friendly and I WAS hesitant to come in based on the feedback on Glassdoor. However, the company and the owners never made me feel overwhelmed or felt that there was any drama. I mostly worked with the people in the office and the owner actually allowed me to see how a full order is completed before entering the shop. I feel like I learned more about buisness this way, more than I did at school. Every owner and employee that I have encountered at Ace Wire Spring has been more than helpful and willing to help me whenever I had questions. The hours are really something to applaud as well, you start work at 8 A.M (which may sound early) but you end at 4:30. It's amazing for me because I NEVER or RARELY ran into traffic on my way home and I beat the morning traffic aswell. And let's not forget that sometimes there is free coffee along with the occasional snacks! I loved working here and am highly considering to reapply as soon as I am done with grad school.
