List is very long - They will tell you they provide work life balance but are going to make you work 11-12 hrs per day and make it seem like it's normal just because it is work from home does not mean a persons whole day they should do your stupid job The quality parameters of the calls are always changing and the QA of this company are bootlicking for their own job security. I felt a lot of scrutiny in the middle level manager and they treat the councellors play toys. Even after working 12 hours a day they will be saying that you are not putting any efforts. When HR was asked to do something about this extra working hours without any added pay she replied this is how it has been and there is nothing she can change. They mask in the glory of employees retention to other companies when they themselves have no idea how to retain a talent. It is a request to think twice before joining this toxic culture if you wish to maintain your health and sanity please do no join acengage .
