Familiar environment and stability in the company

Few opportunities to grow within the company. No trainings for young people.

This company offers a balance of life in terms of work and personal life, with an adequate schedule that is rarely exceeded. Usually from 8 am to 5 pm. At that time, we had a medical plan paid by the company.

Don't expect to be challenged or be promoted in a loooong period of time, stayed for 5 years at same position, no travels, no commisions. Company operation is small in Colombia.
