This company offers a balance of life in terms of work and personal life, with an adequate schedule that is rarely exceeded. Usually from 8 am to 5 pm. At that time, we had a medical plan paid by the company.

Don't expect to be challenged or be promoted in a loooong period of time, stayed for 5 years at same position, no travels, no commisions. Company operation is small in Colombia.

Big company. Convenient if you just want a job where you can sleep through the day or make poor management decisions that cost the company millions. They won't fire you. Good at the technical aspects ( production)

Rich boys club. Old fashioned. The management will only promote those people they're ( rich) school-friends with and those who entered the company 30 years ago and are non skilled ( therefore no possible competition to them) .Stab in the back culture. Corruption. Short-sighted management. Self-indulgent management.No HHRR department. Salary based on who your (rich) dad is , not on your performance or talents. Old fashioned IT and other technological systems.
