Pros
I have had a very positive experience working here as both an Early Intervention Special Education provider and SEIT. One of the biggest benefits is the flexibility to set my own schedule, which allows for a strong work-life balance.
The level of support from the coordinators is outstanding. They are proactive and truly go above and beyond—reaching out to school districts, sending reminders, and consistently following up through calls and texts to ensure everything runs smoothly. That kind of support makes a significant difference in day-to-day work.
My SEIT supervisor, Jolly and Marisol are thoughtful, and provide constructive feedback and are always available to discuss questions or concerns via phone or email. The entire team is responsive, collaborative, and committed to helping providers succeed.
Cons
If you work as part time (fee for service) you pay for your medical, which could also be one of the pros.
