Pros

Management team and directors have been supportive in my role. I have learnt a lot and managed to progress in my career Really nice collaborative team Remote workers are provided with hotel, travel and food allowance when visiting the office Free drinks and snacks and exciting company events everyone is really nice

Cons

Not many, we are really well rewarded financially with very good commission and looked after by the directors

Literally aren’t any at all!

Cons

I've never experienced such an awful place to work until I came to achieve. The couple who own the agency are very strange people to say the least. The way they treat their staff members is appalling, do not be fooled by their nice approach when you first meet them. They are more interested in slagging current and previous employees off than anything else. AVOID!!
