Director is fair and is passionate for the work that is being done with the parents and families. Director is also flexible and compassionate.

Co-worker relationships are always challenging with any place you work at. If people are not doing their work, it looks bad on the whole team and for the families that are served.

Loved how welcoming they initially are and ability to work with families towards reunification with child (ren).

There is a few things that needs to be worked on as far as system to do work, staff shortage, and management. Also, not any option to move upward.
