Not what they appear - Farm Insurance Specialist Achmea Employee Review

Lack of support. Very Heavy on upper management that promise a lot but deliver very little. Company has 120 employees and 25 state managers and above, including 14 executive level managers. These are mostly created by upper management creating new roles for people they like.
