Pros
They have a nice working environment and most of the people who work there are very friendly. Also, it's a safe environment and at least you can tell your opinion through the anual feedback that they ask from the employees.
Cons
The reason that I would rate them 3/5 is that they are not an international Company while they hire international people lately (like me). So, many times I feel that I am excluding from all the companies events, information meetings etc... In the Data Engineering part, the technology stack they use is not the most attractive you can find nowdays. Also, I find the officies in Zeist, Apeldoorn quite inconvinient. So you have to go by car.
