Pros
Able to work independently and they're lenient with breaks
Cons
Zero supervision and leadership. The owners in Canada clearly have no clue what they're doing. They have unrealistic time frames and they're rude as hell. They're living in a fantasy land. This place has a revolving door. I've seen many people just up and quit, but don't worry if you do actually quit they'll let you come back because they're that desperate. The hours are long and brutal. 58 hour weeks. And even with the long hours they still try to suck more hours and weekends out of you. They do not care about their workers whatsoever. Many mistakes are made because the QC guy doesn't really do anything. And often times he'll tell you some things good to go when it actually isn't. If you want to be miserable, underpaid, and underappreciated this is the place for you.
