The culture first and foremost is what makes this company great. The CEO and Co Founder of this company have done an incredible job of making this a place where you feel comfortable and not afraid to ask questions. Everyone at Aclaimant is always responsive and willing to help. Co workers truly care about each other and leadership as well really does care about their employees. From day one i felt comfortable here and company does a great job of on boarding you and making you feel included. flexible working hours as well. option to work from home as many days as you want
Cons
Not much of a major con but this is a start up company, so it does come with some of the growing pains you see in start ups. Also a tough industry you will be selling into but what aclaimant sells is a system that is in demand and where the industry is trending towards. That being said leadership of company has it going in a great direction and they are starting to get some major backing power and customers as well. It's a company that is very much on the rise.
