Pros

This clinic is client centered but also supports their RBTs like no other. Your safety as an RBT is just as important to them as the clients safety! Provides extra support and supervision when needed. The director is understanding and easy to talk to but also completely no BS and will tell you straight up if there are issues and will work with you through them. The Director and Analyst are always available for you and have a presence on the floor and throughout the clinic. They are hands on and always willing to jump in and support.

Cons

Like anywhere in the field, insurance can be a pain and they are on the lower end of the pay scale.

Pros

Great employees, everyone was super nice and friendly as well as helpful.

Cons

The 40 hour training to get you certified felt rushed. I think more hands on scenarios with more usage of their system would make it easier for the competency test. It felt like they wanted you to just watch a bunch of videos, little to no actual hands on training to then one day want you to show them what you learned.
