Cons
- The company experienced unprecedented growth and behaves in a very impulsive way. Over 50 people were laid off in 2015 and just a few months earlier they were on massive recruitment drives. There was a small HR department for a company of this size and quite often it was not encouraged to go to HR with any serious issues. - The type of character this company attracted and hired was questionable. In one example a colleague took unplanned leave for ridiculous reasons and was never given a warning. Some of the people were of a vindictive nature and acted very unprofessionally and did not make the place as friendly and awesome as it seemed. - Training and development doesn't exist. For an organisation that is about getting quality education and mentoring, new sales people are just 'given a short script' and told to get out there and sell. - Company promises great opportunities within but the reality is you have the choice between sales over the phone or mentoring over the phone. For a big company this doesn't offer much.
