Across International is a great starter job. You can gain some helpful experience and work in a cutting-edge industry.

It may not be suitable as a long-term option, because the place is very disorganized. This can be frustrating. There is very little mentorship. It's sink or swim. However, they micromanage at times. What's more, the benefits aren't that great and the PTO is limited.
