Pros
-As my first job out of college I was provided an almost overwhelming amount of feedback that helped my quickly become more polished as a business person. Anyone looking to improve their business acumen will quickly get that. -As a recruiter you are given a lot of opportunity for high earnings quickly given you are willing to work hard (which does not necessarily mean longer hours). As a sales person the learning curve is tough in the first 6 months but becomes well worth it once a strong portfolio is built. -Salary and commission that most people earn is so much higher than I ever expected I could make coming out of college. Huge blessing for my family and future goals. -The people who are hired are selected for high character meaning everyone you work with is almost always a great person to sit alongside.
Cons
-There are a lot of challenges in staffing related to working with people (they are not always reliable) so that can be difficult at first and individuals who do not have a level of grit/perseverance to move past this (that not everything works according to plan) may have a hard time.
