Pros

It was the head hunter, he was the "go-to" . got smart and left else where after a short while. they use DELTEK, biggest plus they do us MS OWA, many small teams leave you with public email and that is that. they also do lateral movements within openings if you get in, that's great, you'll get settled quick they do not intervene AT ALL! no micromanagement

Cons

when you get abandoned overseas last minute and cut like it were a Friday back home. when you get "get assistance" in the form of HR telling you your replies are recorded when they workout backdoor deals to replace you without and counseling or warnings definitely when the customer is right regardless of asking for worker input/awareness when they cease communications all together unless something is required from the worker when they cherry pick questions and answer only what they want in the message they don't do welfare checks or contact you when something may happened or has gone off the rails. situational awareness is existent only when protecting the company...that means not you. no certs or education nor Continuing Education reimbursement...on the worker dole for that.
