      Non professional inconsiderate to employees needs

      Working for another staffing agency we were told we had to go to another agency for the agency allowed us time to set up with another staffing agency...Action Staffing gave no notice while city crew was fired those of us who work checks to check where caught completely off guard and scrambled to find another agency to hire us and set us back on all rent and bills would NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE... EMPLOYEES BE WHERE. GARBAGE COMPANY

      Pros

      Placed me with an awesome company, where I was offered a fantastic full time position in less than 45 days.

      Cons

      The hourly rate for the technical work that I was performing was lower than it should have been. It's probably best to renegotiate the rates with client companies based on the actual work being performed. However, I am gracious to have had the chance to be placed where I was...to show my worth as an employee.
