I had a good manager that had to leave. The next one was a micro manager and demanding. I had been in multiple corporations previously. This is a mickey mouse operation
Cons
The pay is awful, there are absolutely now benefits and you use your personal vehicle that is not properly compensated for. Management will try everything to make you work more and you see very little benefit for it
