Pros

Nothing positive. They dont have any new clients or projects

Cons

No growth at all. Long working hours and at the end they fire you once job is done. Do not join if you looking for job security and work life balance.

Thank you for your feedback. We have ongoing and new projects and continue to hire based on their requirements. Partners from the recruitment search segment continue to contact us to offer their services as they notice our hiring. As technology evolves, despite our efforts to support our staff to reskill and upskill, some still face challenges transitioning and become undeployable. Hence, we continue to hire from the external market to meet the client’s requirements even though this adds to our operating costs. The cyclical nature of project work results in high and lull periods for all our staff involved in the project, this is inevitable for our industry. While we empathise with them when they must put in extra time and effort to meet project requirements, we are glad they also have opportunities to relax and recharge when their involvement winds down. Once again, thank you for your feedback.

Pros

Some staffs here use their working hour to chat on whatsapp for their personal matters and coffee chats. If you see 1 male and 1 female colleagues are not at their desk at the same time: They are having coffee chats. You can come in and leave office on time and use working hour to chat. What does a female and a male do when they often chat on whatsapp and have many coffee sessions? We go to work to make revenue increase or revenue lost?

Cons

Be effective at work and be a good role model

Pros

Not that I can think of.

Cons

The HR manager make things more complicated than needed most of the time, too much office politics. HR team needs a lot of improvement. If a manager has always been in a company and never experienced elsewhere I am not sure what inward contributions are there and how that could actually last so long.
