Partners from the recruitment search segment continue to contact us to offer their services as they notice our hiring. As technology evolves, despite our efforts to support our staff to reskill and upskill, some still face challenges transitioning and become undeployable. Hence, we continue to hire from the external market to meet the client’s requirements even though this adds to our operating costs. The cyclical nature of project work results in high and lull periods for all our staff involved in the project, this is inevitable for our industry. While we empathise with them when they must put in extra time and effort to meet project requirements, we are glad they also have opportunities to relax and recharge when their involvement winds down.
