Pros
Definitely some nice people in the management team You can have lovely people as clients Zero hour contract, which means you get paid as many days as you work. It also means you can organize your schedule as you want and take a lot of free time. Good and entertaining training
Cons
The management team can be a bit disorganized at times The job is definitely tiring A live-in work style can be difficult, as you are 24h at a client's house, with an average of 2 hours break per day (and an average 10h worked/day)
