Safe and enjoyable work environment.

I have found no cons for this business.

I like that there is a casual atmosphere and that the work we complete ends up being high quality and something to be proud of.

The senior management is a problem. They don't care about the employees' well-being. They only care about getting work completed and don't reward those who actually complete the work. Everything is a complete double standard because the rules apply to everyone else but they do whatever they want. They have taken away multiple benefits in the past few years including any paid time off. The president creates a very negative working environment that makes it hard to enjoy working here. There are communication problems between departments. The staff (for the most part) does quality work, but its rare to feel appreciated.
