      I was very impressed with the hands-on experience I received while working here. They definitely invest in their employees and give them as much training/resources as they need to succeed.

      Cons

      I did not enjoy the fast-paced sales environment.

      Pros

      Not many companies will put so much time and effort into teaching and training their employees on a DAILY basis. Each day I learn something new, I gain confidence in myself, and I am able to contribute to our growing team. My efforts are recognized both financially and with recognition from management.

      Cons

      B2B sales is not for everyone - it requires daily improvement in communication skills, but it builds essential skills to be successful in any business.
