Great team and a small organization so there is plenty of opportunity to have your ideas heard and to work in areas outside of your job description. Good work is rewarded with new opportunities. In-house massages offered every second Monday. Team building outings and pot luck meals are are fun way to build good working relationships.
Cons
Only two weeks of vacation which is less than some other employers.
