      Pros

      When the owner was in a good mood, it was fun! When money was flowing, it was nice to get paid.

      Cons

      When the owner was in a bad mood, no one was free of his wrath. I've never met such a snake in my entire life. He bad mouths everyone who has ever worked for him. He owes thousands and thousands of dollars to previous employees and is still in business, paying someone to do the work, and not paying the others he owes money to. I've never in my life seen such unethical work practice.

      Pros

      When there was money flowing in things were great everyone thought.

      Cons

      The management of the firm had absolutely no morals nor respect for the people who worked there. The leadership constantly misled people on and hid the truth about the fact their own business direction was a failed one. They didn't pay employees for months on end, has numerous lawsuits against them per public record in Washington State and still to this day blames everyone except themselves for the failing of the firm. Acuity went from a 20+ employee company to a single employee, the owner in less then 12 months. That should speak for itself.
