Toxic, disorganized, greedy - Optican Acuity Eye Group Employee Review

No department is on the same page, upper management grossly incompetent and inefficient and makes everyone beneath them take the blame and suffer the consequences for their own mismanagement of the company. Continually cuts commissions and have to chase them down to fix mistakes on their end in regards to payroll and HR issues. Never seen a company only look at census without factoring in other variables. Cycle of firing and rehiring to cut costs so quality of employees low and no one has been around long enough to train newbies so no one knows what they are doing. Worst optical company I have ever been in and they do a huge disservice to their patients and industry as a whole. Oh and they faced a huge lawsuit prior and changed their name to distance themselves from the scandal but I know very shady practices are still implemented. I advise you to stay away, all the reviews are correct and being here will drastically deteriorate your mental health and wellbeing
