Pros

The new office is in a good location. None except above one- Do not take a job with this company unless you are really hurting for one

Cons

Nothing is positive. Wages are low. Hours are terrible. Paid late. Not paid for all hours worked and NO benefits NO Good work/Life balance: NOT at all Flexible timings, NOT at all really helped me thrive. Worst management and they never had soft corner on female as well as everyone has to work after 8 PM without any pay or benefits. Management are NOT professionals and they spoiled many employees career by writing the bad comments in the experience letter. No company will do like this. NO Human values & NO professionalism HR management is full JOKE as they were influenced by management They never gave onsite opportunity.

I am working in this company more than a year.Good work culture, friendly colleague's and supportive management.Its a place to learn new technologies.Its really a good experience for me to work with Acuity family.

There are no downsides of working in Acuity.it is a good Platform to learn and implement new ideas..

All these positive reviews are forced / coerced by the HR team. This company spoiled many of previous employees career by NOT giving any experience letters and NOT supporting for background check. NO company will do like this. Toxic work culture - Disrespected, Unethical Behavior, Abusive Managers and a Cutthroat Environment. Very bad management, doesn't even respect labor law - Bad culture in office NO work life Balance Long working hours and Low pay - no growth, no good hike, no future. Forget about hikes, they promise one thing and do completely opposite. Not capable of paying market competitive salaries even to high contributing and skilled people. Many seniors not very good at understanding needs of their employees' growth.
