      They care for each product they make they are very caring and respectful to all employees and its a good place to establish a career in their field of expertise

      Cons

      The point system is a little steep even if u have a doctors note you could get a half of a point

      Pros

      Saksoft / Acuma is the best company to work if one is into Data Warehousing / Business intelligence technology. There are ample opportunities to work, learn and shape ones career.

      Cons

      Just like any other IT firm, some projects may require to stretch a bit and some projects are like a one man show kind of thing. However such situations makes one more confident and enhances ones expertise in the subject.
