Pros
You will learn exactly how not to run or conduct business. You will also learn the value of maintaining relationships because this company manages to leave a burning trail of fire with nearly everyone it works with or engages. Business becomes much, much harder when your reputation is very poor.
Cons
Company leadership has an innate ability to thoroughly waste everybody's time and efforts through consistently terrible decision making. Rather than sticking to a process and doing what's right, there's always an elaborate workaround that ends up imploding and being a gigantic time-suck. Additionally, the turnover rate was so high there was a constant revolving door of new employees.
If you're weighing accepting an offer, perform your due diligence. Ask for verification of completed projects (there are only a few). Also, question why there are only a handful of employees who likely have only been with the company maybe a few months.
