Good place with lots of potential - Anonymous employee Acument Employee Review

Company acknowledges hard work and dedication.

Long hours with many deadlines.

Company is successful and hits their quarterly marks. Bonus program is decent. Lots of OT was offered in my department. Job security.

Attitudes. The place is abysmal. Only after moving on to something better did it become so clear how dreary this place was. Seems like employees here feel stuck and obligated to stay. The pay and benefits are good but the people here need to realize they are not stuck in that dreadful factory and other opportunities exist. You can make a better living ( more $, less hours, better environment) elsewhere !! Acument is owned by a holding company which is too large and corporate, thus there is a dis-connect among upper management and blue collar workers.
