Pros
* Pay is on the upper end for EMT-Ps
* Benefits are offered (But Expensive)
Cons
* CEO runs the company like he did his other one, which tanked (see reviews for Neighbors)
* If you're not in the management "click" you're likely not going to last long
* Medics are ran to the ground here. You can end up running 48+ hour shifts with no rest. This is really unsafe for both employees and patients
* Dispatchers either have little formal training or do not understand the job. Units are often sent to the wrong location which delays patient care and reflects poorly on what used to be a great company
* Supervisors do not reward achievement, instead focus on the negative.
* There are cash "prizes" for who runs the most calls daily. We're not going to take extra cash to risk our lives or a patient's life.
* COO of the company made really racist remarks on Facebook, it hit the news and made our company look horrible. They claimed he was fired, but everyone jokes that he was "just taking a break". That is not the type of person who should work here.
* The executive assistant seems to enjoy making inappropriate comments towards people.
* Turnover is extremely high due to very high call volume and management's attitudes
