Pros
When things were going well people were friendly. Some clients were very nice as well. While I worked there I was working remote due to covid, which made it way more tolerable since the work was fairly light on average.
Cons
Management felt poor. A lot of hasty decisions and scapegoating when things didn't go well with clients. Would blame people for things they were never trained to do. Rarely made you feel appreciated. Salary and benefits were poor for the area. A lack of company culture. Many people working there were immigrants, which had its pros, but was also hard to make connections with them. Also, they began hiring remote off-shore workers a lot, so I expect it will only get worse. Job security felt bad. I feel lucky to have left on my own terms. Saw a few people get fired while working there. Never felt like it was their fault, but the company's lack of guidance on what they really wanted. Though to be honest, I don't think they truly knew themselves.
