      Nice people on my team

      Cons

      Omnicom just bought out Interpublic, the parent of Acxiom. All benefits are worse than ever and company culture has been turned around at Acxiom since I joined. Some of the best senior talent has been let go in the past year and we are left with what feels like a skeleton crew.

      Pros

      Good people and a pretty supportive environment overall. Work-life balance was better than a lot of other tech jobs and expectations were generally reasonable. Learned a lot working with different teams.

      Cons

      Some older internal systems can make certain projects take longer than expected. Depending on the team, processes can sometimes feel a little slow.
