      Pros

      Flexible work/life balance, ability to work from home, great people, and a collaborative environment. If you are on campus they have a free coffee bar, free gym and cafeteria all on site.

      Cons

      Political side of a large corporation. Less diverse workforce but Acxiom is working to increase our diversity and inclusion efforts along with HR looking for qualified candidates for open positions.

      Pros

      Good people and a pretty supportive environment overall. Work-life balance was better than a lot of other tech jobs and expectations were generally reasonable. Learned a lot working with different teams.

      Cons

      Some older internal systems can make certain projects take longer than expected. Depending on the team, processes can sometimes feel a little slow.
