      Pros

      Work-life balance, and smart people to work with are pluses in working here. Used to have ability to telecommute, which worked well.

      Cons

      Upper management hires outside consulting companies to make decisions for them. They have layoffs and one of the last ones got rid of many people with many year's experience (and knowledge).

      Pros

      Good people and a pretty supportive environment overall. Work-life balance was better than a lot of other tech jobs and expectations were generally reasonable. Learned a lot working with different teams.

      Cons

      Some older internal systems can make certain projects take longer than expected. Depending on the team, processes can sometimes feel a little slow.
