      Pros

      Working from home is very convenient.

      Cons

      There isn't much racial diversity. I didn't feel included at all. I wasn't given equal opportunities as my white colleagues. If you are a person of color, you have to work twice as hard to get half as far.

      Pros

      Good people and a pretty supportive environment overall. Work-life balance was better than a lot of other tech jobs and expectations were generally reasonable. Learned a lot working with different teams.

      Cons

      Some older internal systems can make certain projects take longer than expected. Depending on the team, processes can sometimes feel a little slow.

      The team really cares about you. HR doesnt. HR couldnt give a crap about you

      Layoffs are terrible and always come random
