Pros
Not many left, but the Arkansas people are great, and the flexibility in work schedule is very nice. Benefits package is very good and salary is average or better than average.
Cons
This company cannot figure out who they are or who they want to be. This has been going on for years. Ever since leadership and upper management moved to California, the morale, which wasnt outstanding to begin with, has taken a nose dive. Focus and direction shift way too often...seemingly every quarter or two. Then layoffs come - which are way too predictable for associates. Most companies have to make tough decisions that result in layoffs...but not several times a year. Clearly there is a serious problem with the management and the Board of Directors should be recognizing this too. Its a little sad to see the company decline this way when it has so much to offer. It just needs the right leader.
