Formerly great, being gutted by new management - Senior Solutions Developer Acxiom Employee Review

Pros

Currently, none. Once good place has drastically declined.

Cons

The current COO John Watkins and executive leadership has destroyed most morale and driven off a lot of talent with their very obvious disdain for employees. Cuts to multiple benefits including slashing time off to senior employees, poor healthcare coverage, and forced RTO despite data proving remote work is more productive. Acxiom already underpaid market rate (about 15% lower) for most roles, people stayed for the flexibility and benefits, that's all gone now. There is a bait and switch with an 'unlimited time off' policy that is completely undercut with a 'utilization' policy that effectively cuts time off to 18 days total. Employees with 30+ year tenure that earned extra time off were told they now have the same time off as a new hire.

Pros

Good people and a pretty supportive environment overall. Work-life balance was better than a lot of other tech jobs and expectations were generally reasonable. Learned a lot working with different teams.

Cons

Some older internal systems can make certain projects take longer than expected. Depending on the team, processes can sometimes feel a little slow.
