      Great family atmosphere if you’re friends with the leaders. Flexible schedules allowed sometimes.

      Cons

      It is a good ol boy system and they pay much lower than the industry. Testers with little experience will often make more than developers with much experience.

      Pros

      Good people and a pretty supportive environment overall. Work-life balance was better than a lot of other tech jobs and expectations were generally reasonable. Learned a lot working with different teams.

      Cons

      Some older internal systems can make certain projects take longer than expected. Depending on the team, processes can sometimes feel a little slow.
