Not enough hours when clients cancel

Always the wonderful families, leaving was hard but this job was mentally and physically taxing due to poor “HR” and other staff besides a few actually cared to help.

From the beginning the hours were terrible, this job was supposed to be full time. Clients would cancel and call administration and administration would not even bother to tell you until you already made the commute. The pay was okay, but having no hours didn’t make up for the okay pay. There was little to no core values amongst other BTS and staff. Personally I would stay away from this company if wanting to make a livable wage, there are many leading ABA companies with a strong team in the area.
