      the president is condescending and even after you tell him that he doesn't stop. HE is disrespectful and the company pays very unfairly.

      I liked the people I worked with minus one person. Everyone has a fairly laid back attitude and will always help when needed.

      Cons

      There is absolutely no room to grow. You will be micromanaged from the beginning by the President. The owner is never around and is very hands off.
