Family-like, managers are some of the best I've ever worked with who treat employees with respect and communicate efficiently, emphasize continued education and invest their own dollars into supporting this, structured paths to move up in the company and pushes everyone to work their way up, quarterly bonuses dependent on both company-wide performance and reaching personal/professional goals, leadership makes sure employees are not overworked and offer mandatory days off during the busy periods, unlimited PTO (within reason and after making sure you have proper coverage), emphasis on diversity and inclusion. Company continues to grow rapidly, especially with current clients.
Cons
Not many - the interview process was long and required the applicant do a case study without pay, regardless of outcome.
