      Pros

      The most supportive people you will ever meet. Everyone is genuinely a friend and only wants to help. From the CEO's to my direct boss, I feel so comfortable and supported. Ada was the best career choice I could have ever made. Work from home flexibility.

      Honestly, none. Maybe that I don't get to see these people everyday?

      Pros

      I love the leadership team here, they're very generous with their time and have a vision I stand behind. I have a lot of runway and trust to do my best work. If you want to work with ambitious people, this is the place for you. If you just want to clock in and out, then this is not an environment you'll thrive in.

      It's in Toronto (too cold!)
