      Pros

      - Lots of opportunity to do meaningful work for real customers - Great place to learn full stack development. Lots of really smart developers to learn from - Very friendly environment, people are always willing to help you learn - Freedom to work on / develop the skills you want to learn - Exciting product and company, growing super quick

      Cons

      Pretty much what you would expect from a super fast growing startup (this environment might be a con for some people). Things are fast paced and always changing. As a co-op / young developer, you won't always know the right way to do things. You will be pushed out of your comfort zone and will need to take the initiative and be willing to make mistakes sometimes.

      Pros

      I love the leadership team here, they're very generous with their time and have a vision I stand behind. I have a lot of runway and trust to do my best work. If you want to work with ambitious people, this is the place for you. If you just want to clock in and out, then this is not an environment you'll thrive in.

      Cons

      It's in Toronto (too cold!)
