1. Absolute lack of communication between teams internally. 2. Bad leadership at the helm. 3. Failed product - Unable to provide value to the customer. 4. Total disconnect between team. 5. Blowing money fast.

It was a good start up at that point in time. has a decent name in the market which is always good.

Bad culture. hire and fire policy. publisher team is not given any importance. its always about the sales guys and they are hopeless.
