Pros
Adaequare has been a great company. I value the company because of its good marketing skills. Also, company provides good training opportunities to learn new technologies and update ourselves to the current trend in market. The staff has been a great support during the term i worked with them.
Cons
The only thing i feel is if pay dates can be adjusted to be first of every month
